You did a lot with just that one image, but I think perhaps you should have considered adding more detail - either with a second or third source, or by manipulating the source image a bit (rotate, clone brush using the colors and textures as a pallate).. For instance, the top of the building needs something, in my opinion. It needs a little more definition - like the teeth on the top of a castle's turret.
Just my opinion though - And as you will learn if you haven't already, artists' opinions vary wildly - and some refuse to acknowledge others

As for detailing the picture: for me its always tricky to find the right moment to stop - I realized that if I spend too much time polishing the details it often kills the atmosphere of the pic.
